Lief Longboards started up in 2005 when I (Lief) bought a bunch of supplies and set out making some sweet longboards in Alberta, Canada. The boards sold like hotcakes and I was hooked. I took a road trip around Canada and the States to find shops that would want my boards, slacked off a bit, drank a lot of coffee, made some more boards... you get the picture..

I'm a big supporter of quality, make my boards from 100% Canadian maple, and take a lot of time to handcraft each board into the best it can be.
